Refund policy
CDs & Vinyls
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on physical items such as CDs and vinyl records, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team [info@pentatonemusic.com] within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include a photo of the damaged product along with your order details. We will then arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind or incorrect orders. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
